Pipe Joint Welding
Stainless steel pipe joints prepared and TIG welded according to approved dimensions and welding requirements.
Precision Stainless Steel Welding
Controlled TIG welding for stainless steel pipes, fittings, branches and industrial process-piping assemblies based on approved welding requirements.
Service Overview
LS Metal Works provides TIG welding support for stainless steel piping used in industrial process, utility and hygienic-service applications. Our scope can include pipe-to-pipe joints, elbows, tees, reducers, flanges, branches, equipment connections, spools and custom fabricated assemblies.
Stainless steel grade, wall thickness, joint preparation, filler material, shielding and purge-gas requirements, weld procedure, inspection and surface finishing must be confirmed from the client's approved documentation. Welding procedure qualification, welder qualification, acceptance criteria, code compliance and third-party inspection remain subject to the project's engineering and quality requirements.
